Jessica and I have been best friends for a really long time - so long in fact that we were young enough to refer to ourselves as BFF's. She can tell you the exact number of years, I always want to overestimate it and give us more credit than we deserve. I think it's closer to 20 than it is to 10, though.
We have definitely been friends through quite a bit. She has watched me pop out a couple kids and was totally not scared of being on the business end of things either time.
As you can imagine, we have many tales to tell - and they may or may not be interesting to anyone but us and that's okay. It's a nice way for us (now separated diagonally by an entire country) to reminisce and stay in sync.
